Ocumare Restaurant is a fine-dining tribute to Mexico’s rich culinary heritage. Created by Chef Elias Silva, the menu pays homage to authentic Mexican gourmet, inviting diners on a surprising journey of flavor through the many regions of Mexico. Made from scratch and with seasonal produce, traditional dishes include fish with guajillo, tongue in green sauce, and chocolate with pinole. All vegetables are careful-ly collected from our organic garden, a sustainable food pro-gram with local communities of Yucatan. The restaurant is also known for its curated mixology experience based on Mexican distilleries, and a boutique selection of natural and world-class wines.
